ON THE DAY COORDINATION

Typically, we arrive about an hour before your ceremony begins and stay until the dancefloor opens at the reception though we always tailor our schedule to suit your unique day. Our coordination covers everything from vendor communication and timeline management to contingency planning and guest assistance. We’ll help with any last-minute needs, check in on décor, and coordinate key moments like entrances, speeches, and first dances.
 

Before your wedding, you’ll receive a form to complete and provide us with all details for your big day, helping us understand your vision and specific requirements. Around two weeks before the big day, we’ll meet with you for a one-hour Zoom call to review every detail and timeline.

In the final weeks, you will be added to a private WhatsApp group with your on the day coordination team. This allows easy communication for any last-minute changes or questions, ensuring we’re always connected right up to your wedding day.
