As your wedding planners, we are with you from the beginning, helping you shape your vision, curate your dream vendor team and manage your timelines as well as budget. We handle all the intricate details that make your day uniquely yours. We advocate for you, not the venue.
We typically require a deposit to secure your date, without the remaining balance split into installments leading up to your event. The exact structure depends on the service package and event scope. We'll provide you will all details during your consultation and provide a clear contract outlining payment terms.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is clearly outlined in your contract to avoid confusion. Generally, the initially deposit is non-refundable as it secures your date and time. Any additional refunds or cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on how far along we are in the planning process.
