Ideal for couples who have organised their wedding independently but would like professional guidance as the day approaches, our Month of Coordination service provides the final layer of support. We step in during the lead-up to review the plans, coordinate with your suppliers, bring the final details together and ensure the day is thoroughly prepared. From the final preparations through to the wedding itself, we take care of the logistics so you can focus on celebrating.
You’ll receive personalised timelines for your vendors, yourselves, your families, and your wedding party, so everyone feels informed and at ease on the day. It’s all about creating a smooth, stress-free flow so you can truly enjoy every moment.
On your wedding day, at least two of us will be there from start to finish - overseeing setup, managing your suppliers, coordinating key moments like entrances and speeches, and making sure everything runs beautifully behind the scenes.

↣ A dedicated WhatsApp group with you and the Luxe Vows team for ongoing support and quick updates in the lead-up to your wedding.

↣ Full coordination on the day, including managing set-up, supplier arrivals, guest flow, and the overall event atmosphere.
↣ Hands-on coordination, with at least two members of the Luxe Vows team on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
