MONTH OF MANAGEMENT
We step in one month before your wedding to take over communication with your suppliers, confirm all the final details, and make sure everything is aligned and ready to go. From timelines and logistics to small but important details - like who’s setting up the chairs or where the signage goes - we make sure nothing is missed.
You’ll receive personalised timelines for your vendors, yourselves, your families, and your wedding party, so everyone feels informed and at ease on the day. It’s all about creating a smooth, stress-free flow so you can truly enjoy every moment.
On your wedding day, at least two of us will be there from start to finish - overseeing setup, managing your suppliers, coordinating key moments like entrances and speeches, and making sure everything runs beautifully behind the scenes.
What's Included:
↣ 2x Zoom calls to walk through your final details, answer questions, and create a clear plan for the day.
↣ A dedicated WhatsApp group with you and the Luxe Vows team for ongoing support and quick updates in the lead-up to your wedding.
↣ Supplier liaison — we’ll contact all your vendors ahead of time to confirm logistics, arrival times, and key responsibilities.
↣ A personalised wedding overview, shared with all suppliers and key parties so everyone is aligned and informed.
↣ Custom timelines for your suppliers, you and your partner, close family, bridal party, entertainment, and photography team — so the day flows seamlessly.
↣ Full coordination on the day, including managing set-up, supplier arrivals, guest flow, and the overall event atmosphere.
↣ Up to 15 hours of hands-on coordination, with at least two members of the Luxe Vows team on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
